(receita adaptada do livro Bolos para a Família)
Ingredientes:
80 gramas de manteiga
150 ml de kefir (ou leite)
3 ovos
6 colheres de sopa de doce de leite (usei da marca nestlé)
100 gramas de açúcar amarelo
300 gramas de farinha
1 colher de chá de fermento
1 colher de chá de gengibre em pó e canela
crocantes de amendoim
Preparação:
Na batedeira misture o leite, os ovos, o açúcar e a manteiga derretida.
Junte o doce de leite, batendo sempre.
Acrescente aos poucos a farinha, o fermento e a mistura de gengibre e canela.
Divida em mistura por forminhas de papel ou de queques. Polvilhe com o crocante de amendoim.
Leve os queques ao forno pré-aquecido durante 30 a 35 minutos.

6 tablespoons sweet milk (I used Nestle brand)
100 grams brown sugar
300 grams of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger and cinnamon
crunchy peanut

In blender combine milk, eggs, sugar and melted butter.
Add the sweet milk, beating constantly.
Gradually add the flour, baking powder and mix of ginger and cinnamon.
Divide mixture in a paper muffin cups or cupcakes. Sprinkle with crunchy peanut.
Take cupcakes to preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
