Uns kilinhos extra e frutos secos!
A questão é sempre a mesma: o exercício físico!
Christmas has already gone but he left back some damage.
Some extra pounds and dry fruit!
As I have a healthy diet, I have nothing else to cut from (ok, I eat some biscuits or cookies, but as they're homemade I can always substitute the sugar for spelled or whole flour).
The problem is always the same: lack of exercise! The headache I've always delayed with the bad weather excuse!
But, the past days, with the sunny sky my excuse was gone. So... off I went... walking.
I'm not a running girl! I've never been! I just can't! Thus, as I am not a great friend of diets and running, I gotta walk, dance zumba and eat healthier!

Every time my mom caught me watching a cooking show, she twisted her nose and quietly said: "doesn't she ever get tired of watching food, food and more food?"
